February was a productive month for our team, and we’re excited to share a few recent project highlights:

At Charleston Hall, we completed two entry monument signs, starting with a full power wash of the existing brick to create a clean, refreshed foundation. The final result came together beautifully, and we’re grateful for the continued opportunity to partner with TruAmerica across their communities.

We were also thrilled to receive positive feedback on the sign package for Seasons704. The updated signage made a significant impact on the overall look and feel of the property, and we’re proud of how everything came together. We truly appreciate the continued trust from BH.

Meanwhile, progress continues at Ellenton Crossings, where we are approximately 95% complete on the new construction sign package. This project has involved close coordination with multiple vendors, and it’s been rewarding to see it all take shape. We’re currently awaiting permitting for the monument to finalize the installation.
